Transitioning into Spring with colorful buttons

"Tomorrow will be Spring officially but I couldn't wait to rock this dress. This recent "spring-like" weather didn't help my eagerness either.
I'm kicking off Spring in my green checkered/daywear dress which I designed. I wanted something simple because I knew I was going to adorn the dress with colorful buttons which is precisely what I did. And Yes, I sewed the buttons on myself. Isn't it playful?
It's amazing how the buttons make the dress come alive :) "
