Shipping

Your lovely Enma and I piece will be shipped Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service (domestic orders only) within 2 business days after placement of order. For example, if an order is placed April 15th, the order will be shipped between April 16-17 end of day.

Customers are responsible for paying local fee’s for taxes and custom duties.

U.S. Returns

We hope that you enjoy your Enma and I purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us in its original condition, for a refund within 7 days of receipt. No worries, our return policy is unbelievably easy:

• Shipping costs will not be refunded
• Returned items should not be visibly worn, washed or altered.  
• There are no returns or exchanges on sale items – unless the item is physically damaged
• Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
• If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any items. Enma and I is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the process. As goods can take up to 7 working days to arrive with us, please allow adequate time for any return.
