Falling in love with Enma's ankara skirt

And the star of the show? This beautiful ankara skirt and head scarf gifted to me by super generous BFF-of-life, Enma! Yes, eagle eyed reader, this is replica of the ankara skirt Enma talked about in a recent post, but I used the tie/scarf as a head scarf instead. Don't you just love Enma's versatile designs?

All the other pieces came together to elevate the entire look. The off shoulder olive green top complimented the skirt to a T - can someone say perfect shade?! The cat-eye sunnies from Quay Australia added a bit of quirk. And the perfect cherry on the top were these shiny pretty Asos sandals. Gah! So so gorgeous....but yet so so uncomfortable...beauty is pain, right ;)

I was sooooooo happy with the outcome. Trust me, my massive grin in these pics were completely real. I got a ridiculous amount of compliments from strangers all day (who doesn't love that)...and happily bragged about my talented designer BFF of course. In my excitement I called Enma later that day and was like 'now I know how it must feel to be you!" lol
