"I applied 2 coats of Sinful Colors' Out Of This World. Then I applied 2 coats of Wet N' Wild's Ebony Hates Chris in a diagonal fashion (center). The combo wasn't exciting enough so I added some fire by creating polka dots with Revlon's Red."
